Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut pepper, onions, tomatoes and add them to the meat. Add all the spices available to the previous mixture, then mix these ingredients well for 10 minutes. Put this mixture in a cooking pot, then put the fire on the stove, add water to about a quarter of it, and leave it on fire for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Make sure that the water has reached about a quarter, cover the tin with tin foil, and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes
- 3
We remove the tinder from the oven after the specified period, remove the tin leaves from it, and return it to the oven under the grill until it turns brown for about five minutes. We come out of the oven and serve it hot. We can serve the rice with barley next to it, or bread, or potatoes, with any kind of beverage as desired.

Moroccan Lamb Tagine Moroccan Lamb Tagine
#nonindian - This is a classic Moroccan Dish where marinated lamb is slow cooked to perfection in a Tagine pot. This is my version of this popular cuisine, where I gave an Indian touch by adding some crushed kasuri methi and yoghurt. Rest of the spices used are very much a part of Moroccan cuisine. This is a yummy dish with a subtle flavour of the rose water, which can be substituted with saffron. There is a crunch to every bite with the presence of the dry fruits. Some sliced veggies like carrots and potatoes along with dates, prunes and apricots too, can be added. It is traditionally relished with couscous, but for the Indian palate rice or any Indian bread is perfectly fine. Bethica Das -
