Ingredients

  1. 500 gGoat liver
  2. 1large onion
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 bunchDhania
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTumeric
  7. 1 pinchBlack pepper
  8. Whole chilli(optional)
  9. Spices: garam, cinnamon (optional)
  10. Small hoho
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Have all your ingredients ready.

    Fry the onions. Don't leave it to brown. Add garlic and spices.

    Add liver, tomatos and chilli. Let cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes, put in dhania and hoho.

    Serve with accompaniment of choice. 😋 sprinkle ukwaju or lemon sauce for added kick.
