Steps

Marinate chicken pieces with salt and turmeric

Heat oil and write the potatoes until brown

Remove the potatoes add some more oil

Add onion paste and saute till moisture dries up and add salt turmeric powder and red chilli powder

Now add the chicken pieces and mix well

Cover until it is half done and add tomato ginger garlic Puree

Now as oil separates add water and simmer along with potatoes

Now add sugar garam masala powder and ghee

Serve it with rice
