Ingredients

  1. 1Clean and fresh fish
  2. Ginger
  3. Garlic
  4. 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  5. 2limes
  6. 1 teaspoonblackpepper
  7. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take your fresh fish and wash it well

  2. 2

    Cut 2 slices across and apply all of the above spices generously.

  3. 3

    Start with lime juice all over the fish then the rest of the marinade(black pepper,salt,tumeric and ginger and garlic paste)

  4. 4

    Let the fish marinade for 1 hour then deep fry in hot oil till cooked through

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali, kachumbari and greens and your are good to go.
