Clean the fish by removing all scales and cleaning it thoroughly with clean running water and slightly slice both sides

Prepare the marinade by mixing the blended pawpaw, black pepper, crushed garlic and ginger, soy sauce, oil and some salt

Marinate the fish four one hour

In a wok allow oil to be smoking hot

Deep fry the fish until both sides are brown
- 6
Serve as desired
