Grind peas in a mixer don't make a fine paste grind coarsely.Heat a pan add oil, cumin seeds, peas, red chilli powder,Coriander powder,salt, green chilli saute all the ingredients your stuffing is ready

Now for dough we can take maida or wheat flour make dough using water,adding ajwain, salt & 2 spoon oil make soft dough

Fill the mixture in a small balls roll it and make small puris and fry it till golden.
