Ingredients

  • 1 bottlegourd sliced
  • 1 cuplentil dumplings
  • 1 tspcelery seed
  • 1 tspgreen chillies
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper celery seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add lentil dumplings and Keep stirring until brown

  3. 3

    Add gourd sliced and saute for a while

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    As it is soft and dry add sugar and stir fry on high heat

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice or chapati
