In a saucepan, put in the oil and fry the spring onions and garlic for 3 mins or until the spring onions are soft
- 2
Add the passata and sun dried tomatoes and let that simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- 3
Mix in the oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste
- 4
Add the mix into a food processor and process until smooth
- 5
Spoon the mix onto a pizza base or use as a sauce for pasta
