Ingredients

  1. Potatoes of your choice (i use red skinned)
  2. Butter (1/2 tsp for each piece)
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Paprika

Cooking Instructions

    Cut potatoes in half long ways and then cut lines in the middle to make them criss cross, not going all the way through

  2. 2

    Spread about a half a teaspoon butter (or however much you want) onto each potato half and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Cook in oven at 350°F for about an hour or until brown around the edges

  4. 4

    Lastly, sprinkle paprika on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes

  5. 5

I do these in a presented similarly, but I put a little oil in the tray and about 5-6 cloves of crushed garlic. I start the cooking with the crossed side face down, and then flip them the other way up about half way through. Potatoes, oil and garlic are the only needed ingredients.
