Salt and sweet soft Buns with coconut chutney is healthy breakfast.
Steps

In a mixing bowl add sugar and chopped banana smash well. Add wheat flour, Maida, cumin seeds, salt, Ghee, baking powder mix well. Add water to make dough. Knead the dough and cover and keep for rest atleast 3 to 4 hours.

Divide lemon size balls and roll, deep fry in hot oil till properly cook.

Remove from oil arrange in a plate. Serve with coconut chutney. Enjoy soft spongy manglore buns for the morning breakfast.
