Cut onion, green chilli and ginger and grind it in a mixer.
Now, take them out soaked in a pan.
Now wash the spinach and green coriander leaves and grind it and mix it with onion, then fry the besan in it.
Then add salt and pepper red chilli and mix well.
Now add water to make the slurry is not too thin.
Now put a little refined on the pan and spread it.
Delicious-spinach chilre ready serve with green chutney and curd..
