Heat oil in a cookar add jeera when cracked and chopped onion and suite it.

Add grated Tomato and spice and suite till leave the oil.

Now add chopped carrot, patoto and peas cover lid with 2 to 3 whistles.

Now add garam masala mix well serve it with roti
