Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. For vada-1 cup of rice flour
  2. 1/3 spoonSalt
  3. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  4. 1 pinchbaking soda
  5. 1small spoon of oil
  6. 1/2 (1 cup)sweet tamarind sauce
  7. 1 cupfresh curd
  8. 1/2 cupgreen chilli and coriander leaves chutney
  9. 1finely chopped onion
  10. 1/2 (1 spoon)red chilli powder
  11. 1 spooncumin powder
  12. 1 spoonblack salt
  13. 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander leaves
  14. 1finely chopped green chilli
  15. Bhujia sev for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add rice flour,

  2. 2

    Add cumin powder, salt, oil and soda, add water and make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Make small size tikki with the dough

  4. 4

    Cook the tikkis in a steamer, atleast for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Off the gas let it cool. (you can also garniah with hot tikkis)

  6. 6

    Take the tikkis into a plate pour curd over it then garnish with tamarind sauce, salt, cumin powder, black salt, onion, coriander leaves, green chutney, red chilli powder, green chillies.

  7. 7

    Spread bhujia sev over it and serve, enjoy the yummy taste of this different type of chaat
