The green moong is soaked into water upto 6 hours, than take a mixture jar insert this soaked daal, than add crushed ginger, chopped green chilli, garlic and ginger grind it carefully.

Than take out this paste into another bowl, add lemon juice, salt and sugar, mix well than Eno /fruit salt for batter fermentation with half cup of curd that is dilute with water.

Now as for muffins, take muffins tray grease with oil, take muffins mould also grease with oil.

Put moong daal paste half of the mould, now keep it, inside the microwave and set up it for four minutes.

After four minutes, keep out from microwave and arranged this muffin in another plate, for tempering take a small pan put oil when heated on gas flame, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, till, chopped green chilli, and small amounts of water.

Now this solution is put over this baked muffins for it's softness.

For garnish, chopped coriander leaves is spread over it.
