Ingredients

  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupbournvita
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupoil + ghee (oil or ghee or butter is optional, I prefer a mix of oil & ghee)
  • 1 teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all dry ingredients in a bowl, mix them.

  2. 2

    Now add milk, oil ghee mix. The mixture forms into a thick dough, thick enough to roll our biscuits.

  3. 3

    Now using a roll pin roll the dough and cut it into pieces using knife or cookie cutter.

    Bake at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.
