Ingredients

  • 1 bowlkneeded dough of wheat flour
  • 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2chopped onions
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • SomeGreen coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough and keep for some time

  2. 2

    Mash the potatoes

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions,ginger,green chilli and coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Add salt and all masalas

  5. 5

    Mix well

  6. 6

    Make the parantha with the stuffing of potato

  7. 7

    Cook in the tandoor or cooker.

  8. 8

    Spread butter on it.

  9. 9

    Eat hot.
