Steps

Wash the oranges,grate the skin then squeeze the zest in a separate cup.

In a bowl pour the melted margarine, add sugar, beat till pale and fluffy.

Add beaten eggs to the mixture, and stir

Add sifted flour gradually & fold in the zest and grated orange.

Pour the batter in a sufuria, then place it in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees.

Bake for 50 minutes and when you insert the knife it should be clear.

Serve with you preferred beverage.
