Masala bhaat
Masala bhaat is spicy and flavourful rice.
Steps

First of all wash and soak rice for half an hour, and then cut onions in slices and cut potato in cubes.

Now wash tomatos and roughly cut and take mixture grinder or readymade tomato puree, garlic, black pepper, cinnamon and cloves.

Now heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil after than add cumin seeds and onion and potato,sauté and add salt. Now add tomato paste in pan and cook for 2-3 mins, after that add soya badis and fresh peas in pan.

Now in pan add 2 cups of water and garam masala powder after one boil add soaked rice in pan, close lid of the pan and cook rice for 10-15 mins in medium flame.

After that check rice if cooked or not, if they have little rawness then again cook for 2-3 mins.

Masala bhaat is ready.

Serve hot masala bhaat with raita.
