Wash the beans with cold water and put on fire, allow it to boil very well and wash again as if you are bar boiling rice. Put it on a low heat. Add chopped onions to enable it soften quickly.

Grind the pepper, and crayfish then set aside. Peel and cut the sweet pototoes, wash and set aside too

Allow the beans to soften very well before adding the sweet pototoes, add the pepper and cryfish, cover the pot and allow the potatoes to cook. Add salt to taste and palm oil. Let it boil for some minutes. Enjoy your sweet porridge beans.
