Side salad always makes your meal complete. Remember you can as well have it on its own as a meal esp those who we are watching on our diet. All local ingredients used. Give it a trial.
Steps

Clean well all your ingredients.

In a large bowl, dice your vegetables to any design that leaves you comfortable i.e wedges, cubes, rings, Julianes etc.

For lettuce, you just use your hands to cut them them out rather than a knife. It comes us more presentable.

Mix them all together.
- 5
In a small bowl, add lemon juice, black pepper n salt. Mix well then pour on your salad. Mix everything n correct your seasoning.

Transfer your salad into a salad bowl or on a plate. Serve when ready n enjoy.
