Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 2 cupboiled moong daal (can use leftover daal)
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspkasoori methi
  • 1 tspcumin coriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 3 cupswheat flour
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2-3 tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Now mix all ingredients except butter and knead dough

    Now roll the small ball apply butter fold it twice and make paratha and cook from both side with butter

  3. 3

    Serve with pickles and curd
