Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsAll purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 2eggs
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. Chocolate essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the eggs in a bowl

    Add the sugar,salt n chocolate essence,beat well

  3. 3

    Add your sieved flour. Then add milk as you mix until your mix is not too thick and not too runny

  4. 4

    In a heated pan,add oil and cook each side for 2mins

  5. 5

    Serve with a cup of hot tea
