Dry roast suji

Heat the pan and add ghee you can also use oil instead of ghee

Add dal,jeera,tejpatta and stir for few seconds

Add onion,Greenchilli and mix it for 1 minute

Add all the vegetable in it fry it for 5 minutes add half of the salt to cook the vegetable quickly

Add the dry roasted suji in it and add some water keep it for 10 minutes so that it can soak the water.

Serve it and enjoy
