Firstly take wheat flour into a bowl and add grated boiled potato, finely chopped spinach, carom seeds, oil, salt mix it well and knead the soft dough using water.Spread little oil on the dough. Cove and rest it 10-15minutes.

Knead the dough once more And make small balls from it. Use a little oil and roll them into puri.

Heat up oil in a pan/kadhai drop the puri into the medium hot oil. Puri will puff up and float. Flip it over take the puri out into a dish. Aloo palak puri is already.

Chana masala jhor-in a big bowl add soaked black chickpeas, sliced onion, ginger, garlic paste, all dry spices, whole spices, oil, salt, cumin seeds and mix all together well.

Now heat a non stick pressure cooker add prepared chana masala mixture in it. And saute medium high heat until the all things are completely roast and turn nice aroma.

Now add water in it. Mix and stir well, and close the lid and cook it on medium heat until 4-5whistle.

After 5 whistle turn off gas and add chopped coriander leaves.mix it well. Now chana masala jhor is ready to serve.
