In a mixer jar put boiled chickpeas,boiled beetroot,lemon juice,tahini sauce and cloves of garlic.

Now add lemon zest,chilli flakes, cumin powder,salt and blackpepper.now make a fine paste.add 1 tbsp olive oil and mix it.Beet hummus is ready.Take bread piece.Apply ready paste on bread.

Put slices of capsicum,onion and tomato.
- 4
Cover the bread slice with other piece of bread,also apply beet hummus on upper slice.Grease grill maker with butter and apply some butter on the top of the slice.grilled it till crispy and brown.Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve with sauce.Enjoy!
