First of all wash and clean fenugreek.

To prepare this dish wheat flour, bajara flour and gram flour (besan). Add lemon juice, sugar, dry masalas, fresh fenugreek, 2 tsp oil in bowl.

Stir well and water to knead it into a soft dough.

Cover it 30 min.

Then prepare small balls from the dough and roll them into thin circle. Then take a tawa and heat it on medium flame. Grease it with oil or ghee cook the thepla on tawa. Cook from both sides till it turns golden.

Serve it hot with mint chutney and your favorite cup of tea or coffee.
