Melt butter on hot pan on medium low heat. Dont burn it.

Mix and beat all ingredients except bread and butter.

Meanwhile, dip your bread into the milk mixture. Depends how fast your bread absorbs, dont let it soak too much or it will get soggy. With the bread I'm using, I let it soak for 1 second each side (yep, that quick)

Fry your soaked bread on thebpan with melted butter. Flip each side to brown.

Serve with honey or your favorite topping or syrup.
