Steps

Roast the vermicelli in ½ teaspoon oil.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the ground.keep it side.

In the same pan add Oil, mustard, cumin, curry leaves and udad daal.

Now add chooped ginger.

Add Onion and hreen chilli. saute it. Now add Carrot and green peas.

Cook till the vegetables are half-cooked.

Add all the dry masalas and saute for a minute.

Now add the roasted vermicelli and mix.

Add boil water.
- 10
Stir and when it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover and cook till all the water is absorbed.

Add the lemon juice and fresh green coriander, fry ground nuts and mix.

Serve it hot.
