Ingredients

1/2 cupsprouts(I used mung)
1/2 cupbangal gram flour
1/4 cuprice flour
1big onion chopped
1big tomato chopped
1capsicum chopped
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
to tasteSalt
1 tspPavbhaji masala
2 tspcurd
as neededOil

Steps

Mix all ingredients well. Make a batter like uttapa.

Take tava put 1tsp oil & spread the batter. Cover the lid for some time. Flip it and rost again.

If you want sprout soft you can add 1tsp Eno.

Ready to serve. You can serve with cheese slice & bread like sandwich.
