In a big bowl mix wheat flour, chopped onion, grated potato, red chilli powder, salt, chopped green chilli, coriander and 1 tbsp oil. Knead the dough using water. Keep the dough little stiff. And keep it aside for 15 mins

Keep the griddle on a medium flame and while it is getting hot, make 4 portions of the dough. Take one portion on a rolling pan and roll it round. Keep it thick like paratha.

Take a knife and give a big hashtag mark # from both the sides lightly. (Do not cut)

Put the rolled koki on a hot griddle and sprinkle little oil. Let it cook for few mins then flip it to other side use more oil if required.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough.

Serve hot with a cup of tea or a bowl of curd.
