Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupRagi powder
  • 1 cupIdli/ dosa rice
  • 1 tspYeast
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater
  • For topping-
  • 1tomato big
  • 1Onion
  • 1Carrot
  • 2Green chilli
  • 7-8Cashew (crushed)
  • 1/2 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a thick gravy using vegetables and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Now let's start cooking ragi uthappam (should keep the batter 8-12 hours)

  3. 3

    After 30 sec add our gravy and crushed cashews on the top of the uthappam and once the bottom side cook well turn and cook the other side

  4. 4

    Prepare a mind chutney it will be a best compo
