1 tbspghee
to tasteSalt
1 tspblack pepper
2chopped boiled potato
as neededCoriander leaves
As neededAnar ki chutney
2 glasswater

Firstly take pan,add ghee and roast samak rice for 2-3 min.

Then add potato and roast it for 2 min.

Then add 2 glass water.and boil it

Add salt and black pepper.and cover it with lid for 10 min

After 10-15 min.ready.garnish with coriander leaves and anar chutney
6

Serve with curd
