25-30 mins

3potato boiled and mashed
1 tbspghee
as per taste Sugar
As required Dry fruits

Firstly, take a pan. Add ghee

Then add mashed potatato and stir roast on slow flame.

Roast again,when it leaves ghee,and colour change,then add sugar

Roast again for 5 min. When sugar dIssolves in it then flame off.

And garnish with dry fruits.
