Steps

Put the chicken pieces into a pan, add the ginger and garlic paste plus salt and tumeric powder. Then pour in the Milk.

Boil the chicken for 20 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Set aside

Drain the chicken from the milk sauce.

Heat oil in a Deep Pan

Coat the chicken piece with the spiced flour, then toss in beaten eggs and deep fry in the hot oil

Golden brown and crispy. Serve with Masala Chips
