2 csugar
2 cwater
1/2 boxraisins
1 stickbutter
1 tspsalt
1 tspcinnamon
1 tspnutmeg
1 tspallspice
1/2 tspcloves
3 cflour
2 tspsoda
1/2 tspbaking powder
2eggs, lightly beaten

Steps

Combine sugar, water, raisins, butter, salt and spices

Boil for 15 min, cool completely
3

Combine flour, soda, baking powder
4

Add eggs and boiled mixture to flour mixture
5

Pour into greased tube pan
6

Bake at 350º for 1 hour
