Steps

Firstly heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds let it cracckle

And then add curry leaves chapped shallots, garlic & fry till brown

Add the Pottato slit and fry for half minute

Add turmeríc powder and chilli powder and coriander powder and fry again untill well combined

Now add the tamarind water

15 minute eariler &extract the water out it

And 1. 5 cups water and salt mix well

Close & cook for 10-15 minutes

Lastly added jaggrey powder to taste mix well

One last important step in to drizzel some oil on top the dish at the last to give out an awesome flavour in the curry
