Ingredients

  1. 4 to 5Sajna fali (drum sticks)
  2. 1 choppedaloo
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1 tbsp besan
  5. to tastesalt and red chilli
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 2 tbspmustard oil
  9. as neededcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add mustard seeds,fry aloo and drum sticks

  2. 2

    Mix besan and curd along with eough water,pour this on fried veggies

  3. 3

    Add spices and cook well by stiring continue sprinkle coriander leaves.
