250 gmkathal boiled / jackfruit
1 bowl full onion,ginger,garlic
to tasteSalt and red chilli
2 tbspcurry masala
2 tbspoil

Heat oil in a wok fry onion,ginger,garlic, add all spices cook till oil leaves
2

Add kathal and mix well,cook till it get soft,add water if needed otherwise remain it thick.
