Ingredients

  • 500 gramschicken (bone or without boneless)
  • 1 tablespoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonzeera powder
  • 1 tablespoondhaniya powder
  • 1 tablespoongaram masala powder
  • 1 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  • 4green chillies paste
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • SomeOil for deep frying
  • Handfulkaju chopped
  • 3tomato puree
  • 1bay leaves
  • To tasteSalt as per taste
  • As requiredWater

  1. 1

    Chop the chicken into pieces and wash properly and drained the water.Mix turmeric and salt in the chicken pieces. And keep aside for a minute.

    Now heat the oil in a kadhai.Fry the chicken which is mixed with turmeric and salt.fry till crispy brown and then take out from the kadhai. Meanwhile fry bay leaves,onion.and little bit of turmeric in the same kadhai add tomato puree and stir for a min. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste. And saute for a min fry till it's become soft.

    Now add all the spices given and stir for 2 mins,after that add the fried chicken in the cooking tomato,and fry till it's well cooked. Add 1cup of water to make it a fine gravy. Let it boil for sometime. And switch off the flame. Garnish it with chopped kaju.
