I love my veggies and I prefer them steamed cause they a crunchy and all the nutrients are locked inside the veggies than boiling them.

I love my veggies and I prefer them steamed cause they a crunchy and all the nutrients are locked inside the veggies than boiling them.
Steps

Rinse all these vegetables (baby marrows, green beans and carrots) and pour water in a pot and place another enamel bowl in the pot and pour vegetables on it then cover the bowl with the pot lid let it boil while the vegetables are steaming.

Let it continue to steam until you take a fork and just prick one vegetable to see that are now soft and crunch cause the reason for steam to enjoy those healthy nutrients in the vegetables

Once the like that cooked then remove the bowl and discard the water and season with salt your healthy steamed vegetables can be served 👌👌😋😋
