Ingredients

  1. 4-5boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. as neededReadymade patasi
  3. 1big finally chopped onion
  4. 2 tsproasted cumin powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. 1 spoonsugar
  8. 2 tbsfinally chopped coriander leaves
  9. 2 tbspomegranate
  10. 2green chilli finally chopped
  11. 500 gmcurd
  12. 1 spoonlemon juice
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. For garnish-
  15. 1-2 spoonCoriander leaves
  16. 1-2 spoonBarik aloo bhujia

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take curd in a bowl and add salt and sugar in it and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Strain the curd properly so that there should be no lumps in it.

  3. 3

    Take another bowl and put potatoes in it and add onion, green chilli, all dry spices, green coriander and pomegranate seeds, lemon juice in it.

  4. 4

    Now make a hole in the patasi and put the mixture in it.

  5. 5

    Now put curd on the patasi.

  6. 6

    Put tamarind chutney and sprinkle red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala on the curd.

  7. 7

    Now put some curd on it and garnish with coriander leaves and namkeen.

  8. 8

    Your patasi chaat is ready to serve.
