Preheat oven to 170degrees. Line your cupcake tray with paper liners.

Weigh and measure your ingredients.

Beat margarine and sugar till light n fluffy for about 5-7 mins. Add essence.

Add eggs one at a time beating thoroughly after each addition.

Fold in dry ingredients (sift the flour n baking together) in three additions alternating with the milk on two additions until a drop consistency is reached.

Scoop batter into cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 25-30 mins.

Remove from tray n let them cool before decoration.

I used white chocolate ganache with colored strawberry flavor.
