Steps

Firstly deseed and chop thick green chillies to 1 inch pieces

Dry Roast fennel seeds,sesame seeds,cumin seeds and grind into powder

Heat 1 tsp oil in a wok..add chopped chillies and cook for 5 min till they are tender
- 4
Now add the roasted grinded powder, salt,turmeric,dry mango powder and mix well
- 5
Cook for few min..if very dry,add very little water so that the masalas are well binded with chillies..

Ready to serve theplas,tiffin,travelling...etc.
