Before we begin, check all the ingredients required to make delicious semolina pudding.

Heat ghee in a pan on low medium heat.

When ghee is hot, add semolina.
Saute till it turns golden brown. - 4
Meanwhile, heat a saucepan on medium flame. Add milk, water and sugar. Stir and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.

When the semolina turns golden brown, add chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Now add in the milk and sugar mixture. Keep stirring.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Or cook till the milk mixture absorbed by semolina.

Garnish with some more chopped nuts. Serve hot.
