First we soak jeggery with 1 cup hot water in a bowl so jeggery will melt easily

When cool down we take a large bowl add that much of wheatflour that the mixture can absorb and knead soft dough add cardamom powder

Take small ball of dough and make it nice and even

Cut of the edges and cut diamond shape heat oil in kadai
- 5
Drop shakarpare and fry untill these turns nice brown make sure to fry shakarpare in low to medium heat only
- 6
Ready to serve Gudwale shakarpare
