Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsoaked sabudana/sago (100 gm)
  2. 1 cuproasted peanut powder (50 gm)
  3. 4 spoonsOil
  4. 4potatoes
  5. 4green chillies
  6. 1lemon
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  9. To taste Salt (fasting Salt)
  10. Some Coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash sabudana then soak in little water for 6 to 7 hrs or whole night.

  2. 2

    Chop all potatoes,green chillies & coriander leaves and lemon.

  3. 3

    Heat the heavy bottom vessel add oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds and chopped green chillies saute for a minute.

  4. 4

    Add chopped potatoes mix well then cover the lid for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame.

  5. 5

    After 10 minutes when potatoes cooked completely add soaked sabudana and roasted peanut powder or crush peanuts then mix well.

  6. 6

    Add fasting salt and black pepper powder mix well stir continuously then spread 1 lemon juice mix together.

  7. 7

    Now add chopped coriander leaves mix well and serve hot.
