Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 literfullcream milk
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • For garnish
  • as neededChopped pistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan for 5-6 minutes onmedium flame

  2. 2

    Add curd,stir occasionally

  3. 3

    Cook until mixture becomes thick,add sugar, cardamom powder

  4. 4

    When the mixture leaves the sides of kadahi pour the mixture on Grease plate

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chopped pistachios

  6. 6

    Once cooled cut in to squares
