Goodness of Apple and Cinnamon with traditional Sheera makes this Healthy and yummy
Steps

Heat water in a vessel, add apples and cinnamon. Cook until Apple softens

In separate pan, melt 2-3 tbsp ghee. Fry cashews until golden brown. Take it out and keep it aside

In same pan, add semolina, roast until aromatic.

Add boiling water containing apples and mix well. Cook until semolina cooks. You can lightly mash apples in case you don't want to bite on pieces

Add crushed saffron and mix well. Alternatively saffron can be added to boiling water and then added to Semolina

Add sugar and remaining ghee and mix well. You can also add 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder for additional taste. Cook until it reaches consistency of sheera.

Add in nuts and mix well

Serve warm or cold as desired. Best served warm
