Steps

Take a bowl and put besan in it. Now add all dry spices and (ginger-garlic-green chilli paste), Ajwain in it and mix it well.

Now add curd, lemon juice and coriander leaves in the besan and mix it well. Add some water in it and make a smooth and lumps free better.

Now keep the better aside for 10 minutes. Heat the tawa and pour one spoon batter on tawa and spread it. Apply some oil on the sides of the chilla. When the chilla gets cook from one side then flip the chilla and cook it from both the sides.

Your chilla is ready to serve.
