Get all ingredients ready. Pour red oil in the pot on the fire and let it heat up till viscosity is reduced.boil the meat,pomo and stockfish

Add the grounded pepper and onion let it fry add salt, stock cube and meat stock, let the meat stock do its work. Taste for salt.

Add the meat and stockfish let it fry for 5mins.(I wash my green vegetable with hot water) add the vegetable to the combination and stir immediately till combine bring to simmer, put down, serve with desired meal.
